Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase, or eligible under our Color Match Guarantee.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your minerals to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
